* Handle inbound and outbound calls for wedding, event, and venue enquiries.

* Understand client requirements including event date, guest count, budget, function type, venue preference, and specific needs.

* Manage the enquiry database, lead sheets, CRM, and follow-up trackers with accurate client details and updated lead status.

* Give a professional sales pitch on phone and explain venue packages, pricing, inclusions, availability, food options, and overall value to clients.

* Share proposals, quotations, menus, photos, videos, packages, and other required details with clients through WhatsApp, email, or CRM.
