Billion BaseCamp is hiring Relationship Managers in Pune (Multiple roles, immediate hiring)

Our services span tax planning and compliance, cross-border taxation, ESOP/RSU taxation ,wealth management, long-term financial planning, and supporting clients in complex, high-stakes financial decision-making.  

 

Role Overview 

 

This is an excellent opportunity to closely work with highly accomplished global Indian executives.  

 

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to own and grow client relationships. This role is critical to ensuring an exceptional client experience—from onboarding to ongoing engagement —while acting as the primary coordination point between clients and internal advisory and operations teams. 

 

This role will work closely with Sales, Advisory, Tax, and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery, clear communication, and high client satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy client-facing work, multitasking across complex requirements and clients, and building long-term professional relationships. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Act as a single point contact for clients, build and strengthen relationship with clients 
  • Keep abreast of developments in clients lives and their impact on clients finances 
  • Track and prioritise all client deliverables.  
  • Keep clients regularly updated of the status of deliverables and ensuring timely completion of deliverables (advice, compliances, reports)  
  • Collaborate with tax, investments, operations and technology teams on an ongoing basis  
  • Identify opportunities for adding value to clients, and opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services or products that create meaningful value to clients 
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal technology platform, build and enhance SOPs 
  • Support the sales team in meetings with prospective clients 

 

Who We're Looking For 

 

  • A recently qualified CA/CS (including semi-qualified) with strong knowledge of individual taxation, OR someone with a strong wealth management background- including familiarity with various financial products together with experience in distribution of such products 
  • Strong numerical aptitude 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with senior professionals and HNI/UHNI clients 
  • High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities 

 

Compensation:  ₹10 Lakhs to 12 Lakhs per annum + Incentives 

 

Location & Work Model: 

 

  • Office Location: WeWork Raheja Woods, Kalyani Nagar, Pune 
  • Work Model: Initial work from office which can later get converted into WFH
