Job Summary
The Relationship Manager in Vizianagaram is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering appropriate products and services to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of client relationships within the Vizianagaram region.
- Proactively identify client needs and provide suitable financial solutions, including loans, deposits, investments, and other banking products.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets for various banking products and services.
- Conduct regular client meetings and calls to understand their evolving requirements and provide ongoing support.
- Prepare and present financial proposals and solutions to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., credit, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales reports.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in relationship management, sales, or banking, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, including retail banking, loans, and investment options.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
