Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, product) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues.
- Prepare reports and updates for senior management regarding client performance and engagement.
- Achieve set revenue targets and contribute to business development initiatives.
