Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager (First-level Tele-callers ) located in Bhiwari. The Relationship Manager (Telecaller) will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing advisory services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key tasks include understanding client needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, engaging with insurers, coordinating policy selection, and assisting with claims. The role also entails proactive business development, client retention, and achieving targets.

• Relationship Management, Client Advisory, and Customer Engagement skills
• Knowledge of insurance products such as General Insurance, and Employee Benefits
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
• Time Management, Task Prioritization, and Problem-Solving abilities
• Experience in Business Development and Achieving Sales Targets
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining client records
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial sector is an advantage
