Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain long-term client relationships, understand client needs, and provide tailored property solutions. Responsibilities include conducting property consultations, presenting suitable real estate options, and guiding clients through site visits, documentation, and closing processes. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions and high levels of client satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will also track leads, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and work towards achieving individual and team sales targets while upholding professional service standards.
Qualifications
  • Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, understand client needs, and provide consultative guidance.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in real estate, financial services, or related customer-facing sectors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and confidently.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and accounts, maintain organized records, and use CRM or similar tools effectively.
  • Comfort with on-site client meetings, property visits, and working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Knowledge of the local Hyderabad real estate market and regulatory norms is an advantage.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset, with flexibility to work on weekends or extended hours when required.
