Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new customers for Unsecured Business Loans (UBL) through field sales activities in assigned territory.
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and referrals from existing customers and other networks.
Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence to assess the creditworthiness of potential clients.
Ensure end-to-end customer onboarding – from lead generation, documentation, and login to sanction and disbursal.
Collaborate with internal teams including Credit, Operations, and Legal to ensure smooth processing and turnaround.
Maintain regular customer interaction and ensure high customer satisfaction and relationship retention.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets for disbursals and other business metrics.
