Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jorhat for a Relationship Manager at Universal Sompo General Insurance Co. Ltd. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and distribution partners to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Key daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, designing and promoting customized insurance solutions, coordinating with internal teams on client queries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in relationship management and customer service.
- Sales and business development skills to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective interactions with clients and partners.
- Knowledge of non-life insurance products and industry trends is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently under minimal supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms is an added advantage.
