Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Bankura. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and guiding them in selecting suitable products. The role includes managing and training POSPs, ensuring smooth policy issuance, and addressing client queries to enhance customer satisfaction. The position also involves driving sales activities and achieving targets by collaborating with team members and utilizing technology-driven tools provided by Turtlemint.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in customer service, sales, or client support roles
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Proficiency in using digital tools and applications
- Keen understanding of insurance products and processes, with knowledge in health, life, motor, or business insurance being advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Self-motivation, proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently
- Previous experience in the insurance sector or as a POSP is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields preferred
