Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Kochi. The Relationship Manager will engage with existing and prospective clients, understand their financial needs, and recommend suitable advisory solutions and products. The role involves regular client meetings, portfolio reviews, responding to queries, and ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will coordinate with internal teams to process applications, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of services. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, tracking client interactions, and contributing to business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management abilities, with skill in understanding client needs and providing appropriate financial solutions.
