  1. Build wholesale finance portfolio by promoting products like Cash credit / OD limit / Channel finance / Inventory funding / Bank guarantee /loan against property / term loan.
  2. Focus on loans size greater than Rs 2crs and upto Rs 40 crs
  3. Focus on dealers of Tractors, cars, 2 wheelers.
  4. Develop channels for business sourcing
  5. Monitor existing loan book and increase relationship value YOY through regular visits and contact.

Coordinate with credit, legal and operations for good TAT and customer service

  1. Finance MBA
  2. Min 3 to 4 yrs experience in SME/Business banking or dealer Finance
  3. Understanding of financial statements
  4. Knowledge of property mortgage process

Team management

  1. Willing to travel
  2. Willing to take up stretch targets
  3. Team worker
  4. Flexible
