Relationship Manager Wealth Management
Job Summary
The Relationship Manager is responsible for acquiring, managing, and servicing clients for wealth management and investment advisory solutions. The role involves building long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, and recommending suitable investment products such as mutual funds, structured products, bonds, alternative investments, and portfolio strategies.
Key Responsibilities1 Client Acquisition
- Identify and acquire new clients (HNI / Retail investors) through networking, referrals, and market outreach.
- Conduct investor meetings and financial discussions to understand client requirements.
- Present investment opportunities and wealth management solutions.
2 Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client investment queries.
- Provide regular portfolio updates and investment reviews.
3 Investment Advisory & Product Distribution
Recommend suitable financial products such as:
- Mutual Funds
- Bonds / Fixed Income products
- Market Linked Debentures (MLD)
- Alternative Investment Funds (AIF)
- Portfolio Management Services (PMS)
- Structured products
- Insurance and wealth protection solutions
4 Portfolio Monitoring
- Monitor client portfolios and suggest rebalancing strategies.
- Track market trends and identify investment opportunities.
- Assist clients in asset allocation and financial planning.
5 Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Increase Assets Under Management (AUM).
- Cross-sell wealth products to existing clients.
6 Investor Education
- Conduct client meetings, seminars, and investor awareness sessions.
- Educate clients about market trends, risk management, and investment opportunities.

Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or Business Administration
- Certifications such as:
- NISM Certification
- AMFI Registration Number (ARN) for mutual fund distribution
- CFP / CFA (preferred)
Experience
- 15 years experience in wealth management, banking, mutual fund distribution, or financial advisory.

Salary: As per Industry standard depending on skill sets, experience and current salary.
