Role Description:

We are looking for a full-time onsite customer-focused and proactive Relationship Manager with experience in real estate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships post-sales, ensuring a seamless customer journey, and acting as a key point of contact between the company and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-booking
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Ensure a smooth customer journey from booking to possession
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations effectively
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, CRM, legal, accounts, construction) for timely updates
• Provide regular project updates and payment reminders to customers
• Ensure timely collection of payments as per schedule
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs
• Enhance customer satisfaction and drive referrals

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate CRM/relationship management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
• Good coordination and organizational skills
• Familiarity with real estate processes (booking, documentation, possession)
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Customer-first mindset with a problem-solving approach
