Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role located in panipat. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting clients throughout the loan application and approval process. Additional responsibilities include identifying potential customers, explaining financial products, conducting needs assessments, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills
- Sales acumen with proven experience in achieving targets and identifying customer needs
- Basic understanding of financial products, loan processes, and home finance
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and processes effectively
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and interact with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and basic digital literacy
- Prior experience in the financial services or home finance industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
