Channel: DSA Vertical ONLY (Branch Banking profiles not eligible)
Position Overview:
The Relationship Manager - SME (Tier 1) will be responsible for sourcing and growing high-ticket SME lending business through the DSA channel, with a strong focus on Loan Against Property (LAP).
Key Responsibilities:
• Source new SME / LAP business through DSA partners and direct market development.
• Build, manage and deepen relationships with DSA partners, connectors and business sourcing stakeholders.
• Acquire customers for high-ticket LAP transactions and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to login and closure.
• Understand customer financials, balance sheets and basic credit / underwriting considerations relevant to LAP cases.
• Coordinate with internal credit, operations and processing teams for smooth movement of cases.
Mandatory Screening Parameters:
• Age: Ideally up to 33 years; up to 36 years in exceptional cases based on profile fit.
• Education: Graduate degree preferred / expected for the role.
• CIBIL Score: Minimum 650+.
• Complete employment documentation from all previous employers is mandatory.
