Relationship Manager (SME Banking)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire SME clients with business financing needs by offering tailored secured and unsecured business loan solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and client visits, with a strong focus on new client acquisition.
• Conduct client needs analysis and recommend suitable financing solutions while building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including credit and risk teams, to ensure smooth loan processing, regulatory compliance, and excellent client service.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of B2B sales or relationship management experience, preferably in business banking, SME lending, or financial services.
• Proven track record in acquiring new SME clients and achieving sales or loan disbursement targets.
• Good understanding of business financing products, including secured and unsecured business loans, is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
