Job Description

Objective of the role:

Relationship Manager acts as the primary liaison between property developers/agencies and clients, driving sales by managing portfolios, conducting site visits, and negotiating deals.

Opening is for Mira-Bhayander Location.

Only Mumbai, Thane candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound leads, understand client needs, and nurture long-term relationships to foster repeat business.
  • Drive property bookings, conduct negotiations, and close deals while achieving monthly targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including coordinating with legal, finance, and technical teams for documentation and booking.
  • Conduct site visits, virtual tours, and walkthroughs, providing detailed information on property features.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, site visits, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Analyze clients data and provide strategic recommendations to clients
  • Present value-proposition to sales leads and current customers
  • Prospect for new sales leads and close sales

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate preferred.
  • 2-5 years of client relationship experience is must.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
