Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business to achieve defined sales targets.
  • Build and deepen relationships with existing wealth customers to increase share of wallet and revenues.
  • Provide professional customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Continuously engage in self-development.
  • Manage the portfolio to minimize attrition and ensure stability of the book.
  • Monitor and achieve key performance indicators at the highest level.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of the customer base including profile, demographics, psychographics, and assets.
  • Achieve targets for product mix and cross-sell objectives.
  • Maximize sales process efficacy through best-in-class productivity.
  • Execute aggressive sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers via referrals.
  • Ensure customer base coverage in line with the approved Relationship Matrix.
  • Manage customer transitions with sensitivity.
  • Maintain awareness and compliance with policies related to money laundering prevention.
  • Report any suspicious transactions immediately to the supervising officer.
