Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is located in Chennai. The Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager for Working Capital is responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients, understanding their working capital needs, and proposing suitable financial solutions. The role includes client acquisition, managing sales processes, coordinating with internal teams for seamless services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves driving business growth by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial and logistical services offered by the platform.
Qualifications
- Experience in client relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills to build strong client partnerships.
- Expertise in financial solutions, working capital management, and related financial products.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying customer needs and proposing suitable solutions.
- Understanding of B2B marketplaces, logistics, and supply chain management is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in sales, account management, or business development in related industries.
- Educational qualifications in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of effectively managing and prioritizing tasks.
- Proven ability to achieve sales and client acquisition targets consistently.
