Role Description

We are seeking a Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. In this role, you will engage with clients to understand their financial planning needs and provide tailored insurance and savings solutions. Responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, identifying potential customers, driving sales to achieve business targets, and delivering excellent customer service. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and offer guidance to customers regarding their policy options and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in relationship management, with a focus on customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Basic knowledge of financial products, life insurance, and market trends; prior experience in financial services is an advantage.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills to address client needs and close deals effectively.
  • Adaptability, self-motivation, and the ability to work well both independently and within a team.
  • Relevant professional certifications or a degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
