Job Description
Role Overview: We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Managers to drive sales and build lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will either be currently working in the Real Estate sector or open to making a career move into this dynamic industry. Candidates from Financial Services, Insurance, Automobile or EdTech backgrounds with a strong consultative sales approach are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients through various channels (field visits, online leads, referrals, etc.)
- Understand client requirements and offer property solutions that align with their investment or residential needs
- Provide end-to-end support throughout the sales cyclefrom lead generation to site visits and closing the deal
- Maintain long-term relationships by offering exceptional after-sales support and guidance
- Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and channel partners for smooth transaction execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of client-facing sales experience in Real Estate, Finance, Insurance, or EdTech
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
- High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and customer orientation
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Preferred
- Prior experience in real estate sales, channel sales, or B2C financial product sales
- Familiarity with local property markets and buyer behavior
