Relationship Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

Sourcing and managing relationships with SMEs in the Sustainability segment agriculture, manufacturing, and services.

Achieving sales targets for loan products (loans upto Rs 10 crores) across Clean Energy, Clean Mobility, Renewables, Waste Management, Agri-tech, Sustainable Habitats, Water, and Sanitation sectors.

Assessing market trends and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.

Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Collaborating with internal stakeholders for smooth processing of applications, disbursals, and customer servicing.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in SME lending (working capital, term loans, or asset financing) in the local market.

Strong understanding of financial regulations and internal compliance processes.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Customer-centric, result-oriented, and self-driven mindset. Preferred candidate profile
