• Achievement of Sales targets inclusive of High margin and Low margin products allocated for your market through Bank Channel

• Achieve the SIP monthly trigger as per the targets

• Inputs to develop sales & marketing support tools required to provide better service to the distributor

• Manage the Team of Sales personnel to achieve the allocated AUM targets through them

• Monitor the progress made by each member and give timely feedback so as to enable team members accomplish desired results

• Formulate and implement the internal and external training programs for sales officers of the company and distributors staff

• NISM V A Certified (Mandatory)

• Good Communication Skills, must be able to converse in local language and able to

write

• Comfortable with travel locally as well as outstation

• Candidate should be interested in Mutual Fund sales with a Public Sector Bank

channel

• Experience of upto 5 year in Bancassurance sales in Insurance Company

• Not more than 10 years overall experience

• At least 2 years team handling experience

• Candidate must have flair and attitude for Sales
