Role Description
We are seeking a full-time on-site Relationship Manager Sales to join our team in Gandhinagar. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, assist them in managing their financial portfolios, and provide expert advice on our expansive range of financial solutions. You will be responsible for identifying client needs, advising on investment opportunities, maintaining client satisfaction, and working towards achieving sales targets. A proactive approach to client engagement and a deep understanding of financial markets will be critical to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Proven experience in sales, client management, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of financial products such as Mutual Funds, IPOs, Stocks, and Bonds
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus
