Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager (Sales) role based in Nagpur. The Relationship Manager will identify and onboard new clients, nurture existing relationships, and provide investment solutions in mutual funds, insurance, and unlisted shares. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective and existing clients, understanding their financial goals, recommending suitable products, and following up to ensure smooth execution of transactions. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, maintaining accurate client records, achieving sales and revenue targets, and staying updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and product offerings. The Relationship Manager will represent Capinoria Wealth professionally and uphold the company's standards of transparency and client-centric service.
Qualifications
  • Strong client relationship management, sales, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Knowledge of mutual funds, insurance products, and basic capital market concepts; ability to explain financial solutions in clear terms.
  • Proficiency in communication and presentation, both verbal and written, and comfort with client-facing interactions.
  • Ability to work with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital platforms to manage leads, track performance, and prepare reports.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., NISM, AMFI) are an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in financial services sales, wealth management, or distribution is preferred but not mandatory.
