Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Hubballi Urban. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and engagement. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, proposing suitable insurance solutions, managing client accounts, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of insurance products and services, with experience in sales or customer service in the insurance industry being an advantage
- Ability to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proficiency in basic computer tools and software such as Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Graduation in any discipline is required; a degree in finance, business administration, or insurance management is preferred
- Prior experience in corporate or SME-oriented roles is a plus
