Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Hubballi Urban for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with key clients, identifying potential business opportunities, developing tailored insurance solutions, and ensuring satisfaction through professional customer service. They will act as a liaison between the company and its clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Sales and Business Development expertise, including identifying and pursuing new opportunities
- Understanding of insurance products and corporate insurance solutions
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency in negotiating and contract management
- Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
