Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager – Royal Banking to manage and grow relationships with high-value customers. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing premium clients, handling portfolio management, cross-selling banking products, and ensuring superior customer service to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage Royal/Premium Banking customers for the bank.
• Deepen customer relationships through regular interaction and financial need analysis.
• Promote and sell banking products such as CASA, Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Investments, Loans, and Wealth products.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the bank.
• Provide personalized financial solutions and advisory services to customers.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of queries/issues.
• Generate leads through references, field activities, and existing customer base.
• Maintain portfolio quality and ensure compliance with banking policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless customer onboarding and servicing.
• Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and banking products.
  
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in Banking Sales, CASA, Wealth, or Relationship Management preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
