Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships through effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of mortgage products and services.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by achieving ambitious goals.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of retail mortgages, sales, and relationship management principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
