Relationship Manager - Retail Mortgages

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager - Retail Mortgages to join our team. Roles and Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management:
• Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Business Development & Sales:
• Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals to expand the client base.
• Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue from retail mortgages.
