Job Description

This role is primarily required to manage and enhance the FCNR/NRE Deposits and overall liabilities portfolio for Mashreq Bank in India catering to the NRI client base of Mashreq Pvt Banking UAE.

Job Purpose

  • Origination of domestic client relationships for deposits and managing NRI customers accounts i.e., FCNR/NRE as per the strategy set for Mashreq Bank in India.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with non-resident customers
  • Provide personalized banking solutions and services to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Responsibility over Account opening formalities, KYC, compliance checks, documentation execution etc.,
  • Work as a bridge between UAE RMs and the Client and Mashreq India Branch in the interest of the business and client
  • Understand Deposit products and wealth Management including cross border regulations
  • Ability to acquire new clients and grow relationship with existing clients
  • Management of Stakeholders to get the desired results effectively
  • Understanding of leveraged products on the back of FCNR/NRE deposits

Knowledge Skill And Experience

  • Complete knowledge and clear understanding of the Bank's deposits policy, operating systems and local regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills with ability to perform as a team player.
  • An MBA/Post Graduate is preferred with minimum experience of 5-7 years of experience in Local/International Banks in similar roles.
