Job Description

Objective:

  • Acquire, enhance, and retain customers by providing the best possible services and acting as the dedicated point of contact for customers in the Agri sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Acquisition and Retention:

  • Acquire new customers in the Agri sector by offering superior services.
  • Enhance relationships with existing customers to ensure their retention and satisfaction.
  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for Agri sector customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

2. Business Scoping:

  • Conduct business scoping of the geographical market to identify opportunities within the farming and rural community.
  • Understand the unique needs and requirements of the local market to tailor services accordingly.

3. Sourcing Proposals:

  • Source business proposals from various entities including individual farmers, cooperative societies, rural mandis & markets, Kissan Clubs, and Farmer Producer Organizations.
  • Evaluate and analyze proposals to ensure they meet the company's criteria and standards.

4. Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Agri sector.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing personalized and efficient service.

5. Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Agri sector.
  • Use market insights to inform business strategies and decision-making.

6. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other teams and departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business goals.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment to support overall business objectives.

7. Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with portfolio management and business operations.
