Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role located in Chennai. The primary responsibilities include managing and building relationships with clients, acquiring and onboarding new customers, providing financial advisory services, and ensuring client satisfaction through portfolio management. The Relationship Manager will also work towards achieving business targets, handling client queries, and maintaining a strong understanding of financial products and market trends in the industry.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management, Client Acquisition, and Building Business Relationships
- Knowledge of Financial Products, Portfolio Management, and Industry Trends
- Experience in Sales Strategies and achieving Revenue or Business Targets
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation Skills
- Proficiency in handling queries and providing Advisory Services to clients
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with effective time management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or similar qualifications preferred
- Prior experience in the securities or broking industry is an added advantage
