Explain policy benefits, coverage, premiums, and claim procedures to clients.

Generate leads through calls, referrals, and field visits.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance.

Provide after-sales service including renewals and claim support.

Follow up with existing clients for policy renewal and cross-selling.
