Relationship Manager (RM)
- Generate business through direct sourcing and channel partners.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve individual sales and disbursement targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing.
- Conduct market visits and generate leads from open market sources.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle.
Relationship Officer (RO)
- Support sales activities and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Generate leads through field activities and references.
- Assist customers with documentation and application processes.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain lead records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely processing and disbursement.
- Achieve assigned sales and sourcing targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's Degree mandatory).
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, Housing Finance, or related sectors preferred.
- Strong sales and business development experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer relationship management.
Experience Criteria
- RM: Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, Housing Finance, or
related Sales Domain.
- RO: Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, Housing Finance, or
related Sales Domain
