Relationship Manager - Real Estate

Role Description The Relationship Manager – Real Estate will be responsible for managing real estate portfolio, ensuring that delivery hubs and related facilities meet operational, financial, and strategic requirements. This full-time, on-site role based in Delhi NCR maintaining strong relationships with landlords, property management partners along with stakeholders coordination. The role includes coordinating & visits site, and collaborating with operations, finance, and legal teams to support our day to day operations and renewals. The position requires resolving property-related issues promptly and representing organizsation interests professionally in all external interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate relationship management, property acquisition, or leasing, preferably in retail, warehousing, or logistics environments.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Proficiency in market research, financial analysis of property deals, and understanding of commercial lease terms and basic legal considerations.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Solid organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining accurate records, reports, and contract-related information.
• Bachelor's degree or a related field; a postgraduate qualification.
• Prior experience along with a results-oriented mindset and comfort with a fast-paced environment.
