Relationship Manager - Real Estate Wealth Management

Please apply only if you are a Wealth Manager or Relationship Manager with Banks or Wealth Management Industry. We are looking for candidates who have worked closely with HNIs and NRIs and has prior Client-Facing Role Experience. On-site Job at Gurgaon.

Need of the job -

• Candidate should have been involved in Wealth Management advisory - with High Networth Investors.
• Candidate should have prior experience in Finance - Must

- Experience in Real Estate is Bonus.

• Candidate should be savy with Financial Planning and Modelling.
• Candidate has interest in Real Estate as an investment class.
• Candidate should be adept in Cold Calling, Doing Initial Meetings, Generating Prospects and Making Presentations
• Candidate should have his prior connects with HNIs and NRIs and has serviced them in past.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of Client relationship experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Should have his own transport - 2/4 wheeler

Compensation

• Upto Rs. 10 Lacs per annum
• Fixed Salary is upto Rs. 5 Lacs per annum, Rest is Performance basis Variable
