Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram for a Relationship Manager specializing in real estate sales. The responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, presenting suitable property options, conducting property site visits, and negotiating terms to close deals successfully. The role requires collaborating with internal teams to stay updated on increasing property listings and market trends, ensuring clients receive expert insights and optimal solutions. Maintaining clear communication, professionalism, and trust is a key component of this role.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Sales and Business Development, with experience in meeting or exceeding targets in the real estate sector.
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management skills to build trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Solid knowledge of the real estate market, particularly in Gurugram, and the ability to provide tailored advice based on local market trends.
  • Effective Time Management and Organizational skills to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities to address client inquiries and challenges efficiently.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems to track leads and manage client interactions effectively.
  • Professional demeanor, adaptability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in real estate sales or property consultancy is an advantage but not mandatory.
