Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Relationship Manager for Real Estate Sales to join our team on-site at our Gurugram office. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their property requirements, and offering suitable recommendations. Responsibilities include managing the sales process, from property presentations and negotiations to closing deals, while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will also collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and stay updated on market trends to deliver informed advice.

Qualifications
  • Excellent sales and business development skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to foster client relationships
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and the ability to analyze market trends
  • Effective time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in real estate sales or a customer-facing role is a plus
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service
