Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound leads for residential/commercial real estate projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and developers
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into bookings
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, bookings, and post-sales support
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate client data and sales reports in CRM
- Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 13 years of experience in real estate sales (West Pune)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to work on weekends and flexible hours
