Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager – Real Estate, based in Pune and Dubai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, steering property sales, providing expert real estate consultancy, and managing end-to-end client transactions. The incumbent will also be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, guiding clients in investment decision-making, and ensuring excellent service delivery to meet client expectations and organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge in Real Estate, Property Sales, and Investment Management
  • Skills in Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Negotiation
  • Ability to identify business development opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-centric approach
  • Proficiency in market analysis and ability to provide strategic insights
  • Familiarity with Golden Visa processes and real estate legal frameworks is a plus
  • Motivation to work on-site with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
  • Previous experience in Real Estate, Wealth Management, or related industries is an advantage
