Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Channel Sales Executive/Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to manage and expand our channel partner network in the real estate segment. The role involves driving sales through brokers, IPCs, and channel partners while ensuring strong relationship management and consistent deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and IPCs.
  • Drive sales through channel partners to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct regular meetings, site visits, and engagement activities with partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, sales) for seamless deal closures.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on leads generated through channel partners.
  • Track competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate MIS and sales pipeline reports.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Channel Sales within the real estate industry.
  • Strong network of brokers and channel partners (preferred).
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales numbers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
