Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune for the role of Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and assisting them through the home buying or selling process. Key responsibilities include client consultation, property recommendations, managing negotiations, coordinating site visits, ensuring smooth documentation, and collaborating with internal teams such as legal and backend support. The candidate will also focus on improving customer experiences to maintain long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build and manage client relationships effectively
  • Proven ability in sales, client consultation, and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of real estate markets, property trends, and transaction processes
  • Proficiency in using technology and tools for efficient workflow management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on attention to detail
  • Experience in real estate is an advantage, but candidates from other industries with relevant skills are encouraged to apply
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
