Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in the Pune District. The Relationship Manager will handle client-focused activities, including understanding client needs, managing relationships, and providing tailored real estate solutions. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, facilitating property sales and purchases, coordinating between clients and developers, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the transaction process. You will also be involved in networking efforts to strengthen the company's presence in the real estate market. The role requires excellent communication, research, and interpersonal skills to foster lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong client relationships
  • Sales and Negotiation skills to facilitate property transactions and achieve business goals
  • Market Research and Analytical skills to provide clients with accurate market trends and insights
  • Effective Communication and Problem-Solving skills to address client needs and provide optimal solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively to the team environment
  • Proficiency in using real estate platforms, CRM tools, and basic office software
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages is a plus
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry or a related field is an advantage
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
