About the Role:
We are looking for a Relationship Manager Premium Accounts who will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our high-value clients. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth by delivering exceptional service and customized solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with premium / key clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
- Understand each client's business objectives and align our services to support their goals.
- Act as a single point of contact for all client communications, escalations, and requirements.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within assigned accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and support) to ensure timely delivery and quality service.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports and insights to clients.
- Track and monitor account renewals, payment cycles, and client retention metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable inputs to clients and management.

- Proven experience in managing premium or enterprise accounts.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA preferred but not mandatory.
