About the Role

Policybazaar is hiring dynamic and customer-focused professionals for its Health Insurance Renewals Team. This is a field sales role where you will meet existing customers, assist them with renewing their health insurance policies, explain policy benefits, and help them choose the best renewal or upgrade options.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit existing customers for health insurance policy renewals.
• Explain policy features, renewal benefits, and available upgrade plans.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable renewal solutions.
• Resolve customer queries related to premiums, coverage, and policy terms.
• Ensure timely policy renewals and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly renewal and revenue targets.
• Update customer information in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and meet customers in the field.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Prior experience in Insurance, Banking, BPO, Financial Services, or Field Sales is an added advantage.
