Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Siliguri. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying client needs, and offering suitable insurance products. Daily tasks include achieving sales targets, generating leads through bank partnerships and other channels, providing seamless customer service, resolving client queries, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support business objectives.
