Roles and Responsibilities:
● Drive sales of Petpooja Retail POS (Invoice by Petpooja) along with Payroll, Task, and
Purchase Apps across horizontal markets beyond the F&B industry (e.g., retail, salons,
grocery stores).
● Actively generate sales leads from the market, approach B2C businesses, and onboard them
with Petpooja solutions.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners; provide market insights and
offer relevant solutions to enhance their operations.
● Sign contracts with new clients, handle inbound inquiries, and support existing clients by
conducting promotional and marketing activities to expand the customer base.
● Manage sales operations including administrative tasks, performance reporting, process
optimization, and sharing insights with senior management to strengthen client relationships
and improve customer service.
● Strategize and execute plans to achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets,
including daily visit and demo count goals.
● Confidently handle client interactions on the field as the first point of contact and effectively
communicate Petpooja's offerings and value proposition.
● Represent Petpooja's brand values in the market and uphold its reputation through
professionalism, integrity, and customer-centricity.
Additional Qualification and Skills:
● Bachelor's degree is preferred .
● Professional experience of 1-3 years in Sales.
● Problem-solving attitude
● Customer-oriented mindset
● Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices

● Presentability is required
● Fluent in communication
