Role Description

This full-time on-site role is located in Chandigarh & Ludhiana. Local Candidates will be given preference. The Role is primarily focused on setting up a distribution channel of Partners for our Insurance Products, The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales department, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, building and maintaining Partner Channel, and identifying new market opportunities. The Sales Manager will also train and mentor the Partner Channel, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with other departments to enhance sales initiatives.

• Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Proven experience in a sales management/Channel Management role
