Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Ranchi. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying financial needs, and offering suitable loan products and services. Responsibilities include building strong connections with clients, responding to their inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to optimize loan processing and providing regular updates on client feedback and market trends.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and sustain customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in handling sales of financial products and services, such as loans or insurance.
  • Ability to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills, coupled with attention to detail, for handling client issues and financial transactions accurately.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software tools for managing client information and transactions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of financial products and loan processes is preferred.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
